Data deletion policy for MyBenefits2GO App
USI Insurance Services is concerned about your privacy, and we assure that we will do what is required of us to safeguard your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains what data we store in the MyBenefits2GO App developed by USI, and how you can request the deletion of your personal data from the app.
MyBenefits2GO collects and stores the device ID of the physical device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) on which it is installed. A device ID is a unique, anonymized string of numbers and letters that identifies every individual smartphone or tablet in the world. This data is retained until an individual requests that it be removed.
If you wish to delete your personal data from the app, please complete the following steps:
- Visit our compliance page www.usi.com/compliance
- Under “Report an Incident” select “Get started”
- Choose “Other”, answer the questions, then click “Tell Us What Happened”
- In the Description box, type: Deletion Request for MyBenefits2GO app
- You must include your name and email address so we can properly delete your data
- You must uninstall MyBenefits2GO app to ensure no further sharing of your device ID
